If you feel like you don't know what to do, or where to start with your child, I'd suggest this book.. Her self esteem has taken a beating over the years, first by her mother & then by a succession of governesses. I also really admired the fact that this book not only had a plus size heroine, it was something that was acknowledged several times throughout the story, it dealt with her insecurities and helped her to move past them. Loved it. Is there any way I can get a proper copy of this?. You kept us the audience capture with the adventure , tactics and involvement of family as you came to an extremely happy ending.. The grandfather is a brilliant and very private man with deep passions and a fascinating history. This book carries you away to a world of wild, rough, gay
