An authorized biography of the legendary marshal describes the Old West exploits and law enforcement career of Wyatt Earp, his brothers Morgan and Virgil, and his sidekick, Doc Holliday. Reprint. Movie tie-in.
Editorial : From AudioFile Wyatt Earp, his brothers and his enemies have been endlessly fascinating to Americans for more than a hundred years. Stuart N. Lake, having interviewed Earp in 1928, capably describes Earp's life and the milieu of the Western frontier in which he lived. Reader and composer Michael Martin Murphey brings a remarkable talent for characterization to the audiobook. With only slight changes in tone, accent and timbre, Murphey brings each of the prominent and passing characters to unique life. One would swear, for example, that when Earp speaks, another actor has entered the booth. He also composed the thoughtful background music found herein. D.R.W. (c) AudioFile, Portland, Maine
Considering the uniqueness of the book's coverage, I believe it is a must-read for ESD and reliability engineers.. Most people, all over the world, just want to live and be happy. This review covers the PDF version.
A quick note for Kindle users - the PDF version works correctly on the new Kindle DX, although the text which is blue in the print version is a little pale on the Kindle. An example of a scene that could have used more refined description involves their encounter with the Minotaur. Beta for sure, but stiff & stodgy. This queer failure embraces forgetting, stupidity and CGI animated films. The novel/memoir is fascinating, sometimes horrific, sometimes quite beautiful. Truly an amazing title and a must have for anyone who wants to get more out of life and have peace of mind always!. I love bugs and this what I've wanted for 51 years.. The plot has some very suprising twists and turns that keep the reader guessing, and this book was a real page turner for me. She ha
