The writing may appear deceptively simple, but in her preface, she states that it is written for "big children", as we are children when it comes to the potential of our sexual energy. We travel with her as she survives through the Alamo and her journey to Santa Ana, followed by the evil Willis. Beanpole also shows up frequently as a physical description. I have to say that the meal plans and recipes were generally very appealing. Not worth the hardcover price, however. I first read this book when my math teacher lent it to me. I cannot wait to try the cakes and the grapefruit pie.
I highly recommend this book if you like a bit of a challenge in the kitchen. Not to much detail, yet just enough for those who are already aware what powers Essential oils have against infections.
List oils that are not costly and easy to get. It's a life saver. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts, snacks - they are all here and ALL are healthy.
