Among her highlights are the way she talks about pure empathy and its requirement to truly step outside of oneself and into another's world. Impressionism is about learning to see color, color that other people cannot see unless they are trained to see it. The illustrations are excellent and this is a valuable non-fiction book for young readers.. The example is in tune with the position that congestion avoidance is preferable to congestion control; specifically, it is an implementation of congestion avoidance with distributed proportional control (CADPC).
