I really liked this book.. It will be quite helpful for the reader to know how to do the various exercises as this book gives the "what" not the "how". Nevertheless,this is an excellent book, and unfortunately an urgent one.. The book is a sort of cookbook. I agree.. It is well written with easy explanations to assist the novice wood wooker. I would add that the personal stretch that this flexibility requires offers a great tool for professional and personal development.
