The author has done his homework - there is more research in each sentence than I've ever seen in any other book that I would actually read. YES it worked again. It also discusses how to overcome negative thinking, low self-esteem, and emotional traps that contribute to depression. Loved the story line and the ending.. I couldn't implement all of the suggestions but some have really stuck with me. This queer failure embraces forgetting, stupidity and CGI animated films. My husband and I read it quickly, the pages really flying by, and I was sad when it ended because I enjoyed the time spent "with" Bob Simon during an intense time of his life. Lori Landis tells a whopper of a story. Prioritizing this list would be as impossible as ranking your own children. Wish it had a little more prefixes and suffixes and word roots.
