This book is great!!! Even without the professor guidance I was able to achieve the final product. I'm very glad I've been able to appreciate this awesome collection.

I found this book easy to follow and very thorough, however it is quite basic. Great for beginners, this book assumes you know almost nothing and is meticulous about definitions and explaining processes. Most of the tapestries under Louis XIV brought the art of Renaissance from Rome to Paris and throught the art, you learn a lot about the French history.

It was a great combinason between art and history. Because who really want to read about old carpets? o.O?
