There is some good information in this book, especially if you have kids and are considering switching them to the Paleo Diet. Patrick knows his stuff and if you have problems like I am with self confidence and being more assertive then definitely check this book out.. Much as Piaget offered his developmental stage theory as cognitive development arising from progressive reorganization of mental processes (resulting from increasing biological maturity as well as a child's experiences), the Waldon Approach couches learning in terms of a succession of increasingly complex motor acts. I cannot trace the circit. It is worthwhile to note that the thesis not only deals with the problem in an abstract way, but also provides a publicly available implementation of PTP inside the Linux kernel. Although it gives the reader a nice history of Aston Martin and how the DB7 was created it still left me wanting more. It's Hot and Spicy!
